speaking difficulty for 3 year old

Hey I have a three year old daughter. She has speech problem, its like her tongue does not want to make the sounds/words she wants to say. Some times when she speaks english I can hear her, but when she tries to speak her mother tongue language like sepedi then its sounds like she is still speaking baby language. Also she can not construct a sentence, she just say one word like " please"  or " come" . She doesn''t say the full sentence like Please come here or Please can I have this or that. Is it normal for a three year old to do that or must we just continue speaking in english.

Little girls are especially good at learning different languages and it usually does not bother them if they learn two languages at the same time at this age. She may have a problem known as 'tongue tie' that is causing her speaking dificulty. It would be best to take her to see speech therapist for assessment. She is at the right age to see the speech therapist now.
