sores

dear doc remember i posted about my lg now 24 months who had fungal infection on her head, the fungal is now gone but she developed same sores on her nostrils spreading to her cheeks and forehead, what to do? im desperate.

This is a strep skin infection called impetigo. It is best to give your little girl an antibiotic to clear up this skin infection. Also you need to appy Bactroban to the rash twice daily and to apply Bactroban nasal cream to her nostrils twice daily.

sorry doc i did not explain the sores. the is water coming out of them when they drop another sore develops and are not itchi and i think they are even inside her nose. please help.
