Sore Tummy in 2 year old

Hi there,

My 2 year old son complains of a sore tummy, but refuses any medication. He has not eaten well the past two days either.

I have tried Buscopan, Spasmopep and now am trying Pegusus homeopathic anti-spasm tablets. None of which seem to work. He refuses the syrups, but likes the Pegusus ' sweeties' .

Is there perhaps a powder that I can use and diguise in his milk or juice?

He has 1 to 2 stools a day and they are soft.

Thanks for your time.

It is unuaual for such a young child to be complaining about a tummy ache and being so definite about what is worrying him. It is no use giving all sorts of medicines. You need to find out what is causing his tummy ache. Please take him to be seen by a doctor.
