Q.

sore legs

My granddaughter of 4 wakes most night crying saying her legs are sore. Once they are rubbed she settles. Any ideas what this could be and what we could do to stop the problem.

This is almost certainly due to a very common problem called growing pains. Just give her a little Panado when she wakes and rub her legs like you have been doing. This is a passing phase.
