Q.

Sore gums

I have a four year old daughter. Her two front teeth (milk teeth) are rotten but not broken. I' ve been putting on hold her dental visits hoping that they would fall on their own. I' ve just received a call from her teacher saying she' s not eating and complaining about her sore teeth (gums). What can she take to ease the pain? Is it advisable to pull the teeth out? What if it takes long for them to grow?
I will post the same on dental forum

Your daughter needs to see a dentist. She may be developing an abscess in her gums due to the decayed teeth.
