Q.

Son with Asthma

My son is 8yr and he has been on treatment for Asthma since he was just 8 months old. The challenge I am having is that when hear grows he has an atching rush which developes into soar and I have to cut his hear constants atleast twice a month. I was wondering if there could be a way to deal with the rash without shaving his hear. Is there a cream or treatment for this condition.

You need to get a diagnosis of your son's skin problem. It sounds like a fungal infection called tinea from your description here but I cannot be sure without being able to see your son. His asthma treatment is not the cause of this rash. Please ask your doctor to see and treat your son's rash.
