Your son needs to be on a diet which will deal with his constipation. He is drinking too much milk which has to be reduced to no more than 2 cups per day. He should be on regular full cream milk now.His diet must include fibre rich foods, lots of fruit and plent of water.Hhe can have diluted fruit juice once a day.Give him a 14 day course of Duphalac liquid 5ml twice daily. This is just to get him over his constipation.Your son must join the family at the table for all meals. Put his food in front of him and let him feed himself. Do not watch him eat.
