SON 2 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS OLD TEETH REMOVED

DEAR DR
MY SON WENT TO THE DENIST AND THE DR SAID THAT HE HAS TO HAVE MOST OF HIS TEETH REMOVED BECAUSE IT IS ROTTEN HE HAS TO GO UNDER ANEATHESTIC IS IT SAFE FOR SOMEONE HIS AGE 2 YEARS 3 MONTHS TO GET THIS SHE SAID HE SHOULD NOT EAT ANYTHING 6 HOURS BEFORE
WHICH I DONT KNOW HOW I AM GOING TO DO MY SON LOVES HIS BOTTLE HE DOES NOT EVEN EAT ONLY WANTS HIS MILK S26 3 GOLD THIS IS WHAT CUS THE TEETH TO ROT IN THE FIRST PLACE HE SLEEPS WITH THE BOTTLE
PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU RECOMMEND THE OPERATION IS SAFE FOR HIS AGE
AND HOW I CAN GET HIM OFF THE BOTTLE AND TO DRINK OUT OF A CUP
HE IS A TWIN AND THE OTHER TWINS TEETH IS FINE ALTHOUGH SHE IS ALSO STILL ON THE BOTTLE

HOW CAN I ALSO NOT GIVE HIM ANYTHING FOR 6 HOURS FROM THE TIME HE WAKES UP

Tthank you.I can understand your concern but I can assure you that you do not need to be worried about the aneasthetic. More worrying is the fact that your son has such dental decay that he needs the bad teeth removed at such a young age. It would definitely be best to get him off bottle feeds.
