Solids: Morning or Evening?

I' d like to start my girls (5.5.months) on solids (cereal) this coming weekend and was wondering what would be the best time to feed them this, is it more advisable to start off as a morning feed or evening feed? I work during the day so I breastfeed in the evenings and would still like to continue doing so, but I' m cautious of the fact that they might be too full to take in breastmilk if I feed them cereal in the evening? They have their last milk feed at 9pm and then sleep through until 6am.
