Solids

Im 28 just had my first born at 7 months(in september) I need to know when can I start feeding her solids cause Im not breastfeeding.

You can start with solids when your baby is 4 months old, although with her being quite premature you may need to wait a bit longer, possibly until she is 6 months old. It all depends on whether she appears hungry then and how she is progressing on her formula only.
