Q.

soft spot

his soft spot seems to have swollen a bit or maybe he fell at creche &  his head and his teachers didn''t tell me. How sensitive is a baby''s soft spot?

This is a most improtant observation you have made. A baby's fontanelle may become raised like this due to meningitis or to other causes including too much Vitamin A. Your son must be seen by a doctor preferably a paediatrician. It would be best to take him to an after hours paediatric unit now.
