Hi
Why is it that my boy of 21 mnths snores and mostly at night. He doesnt seem to have a blocked nose or a runny nose during the day. Its something that happened recently, maybe in the last 2 weeks.

Your little boy should not snore when he sleeps. Snoring is a sign of a child having a very blocked nose.Children of this age must have an open nose to sleep well. Snoring is usually due to enlarged adenoids. Your son should be seen by an ENT specialist. Be sure to inform the ENT specialist that your son is snoring.

take him to an ENT specialist, he probably has enlarged adenoids. same happened with my little girl but she stopped breathing because of it, so it had to come out. best of luck.
