Young children should not snore. If they do this means that they have a very blocked nose. This is usually due to enlarged adenoids. You can try using saline nose drops or spray for your daughter's blocked nose such as Sterimar nasal spray twice daily to clear her nose. If this does not help she should be seen by an ENT specialist.
