Doctor my husband and i both smoke (about 2 a day after baby of 19 months goes to sleep) and then my husband will maybe have a few more when he is braaing. My question is he will come inside (no smoking inside) and she will run to him and he will pick her up but doesnt that smoke on his breath and clothes go into her lungs (super paranoid i know but i always wonder)
Thank u!

Of course neither you nor your husband should be smoking, whether only two a day and whether inside or outside as this is not good for your own health. No one should smoke inside where there are young children present and especially not in confined spaces like motor cars. The actual cigarette smoke is harmful for your child, but she is unlikely to be harmed by the smell of cigarette smoke that remains on clothing.
