small pennis

My grandson is 18 months and has too too small pennis, is there a chance for it to grow as he grows.

Some boys of this age appear to have a small penis if they are overweight.In overweight boys the penis is not actually small at all but this only becomes obvious when the child loses some weight and gets older. If this is not the case and your grandson is not overweight then he should be seen by a paediatrician.
