Slow growth

My son is 14 years old and he is 1.35 m. he is very short for his age and I want to know is I should be concerned.

Your son is indeed very short for his age. The average height for a boy of 14 years is 1.63m. Your son's height is below the lowest line of the boys growth chart, which is the lowest 0.4% height line for 14 year old boys. There must be a reason for his failure to grow. He must be seen by a paediatrician as soon as possible, preferably by a paediatric endocrinologist. Your son may benefit from getting growth hormone treatment.
