Q.

Sleeping problems

My daughter is 3 but have sleeping problems. She sometimes cry in her sleep but do not awake. When this happens nobody can comfort her, she kicks as hard as a donkey. Sometimes she moans without stopping. What can I do?

This is a passing phase and is very common at this age. She is having nightmares. Go to her and reassure her and then leave the room. She will not even wake up most times.Eventually she will grow out of this stage.
