Q.

Sleeping Pattern

My baby is 8 months old.

She has always been in a routine. Her sleeping started to get better she slept from 8pm - 5am. So she slept through as from 6 months.

Now the last two weeks her sleeping changed badly. She now wakes up at 1am and 4am and 6am.

She is not sick, not teething, what is going on?

Something must be worrying your baby. The possibilies are: she may be hungry, she may be getting an illness, she may have an ear infection, she may be teething; she may have silent reflux. It would be best to ask her doctor to check her as her symptoms have started so suddenly.
