Sleeping Asthma

Ihave a son .(3 years, turning 4 in June). When he was born the Doctor told me that he took in a bit of meconium. We had to take him to a pediatrician when he was a day old to make sure that there are no effects because of it. When he was a year old, he started to develop a rush on his back and shoulders. It looked like an allergy rush. his Doc said my the rush is a sign showing that my son is going to have Asthma when he grows up. I don’ t want this to happen, so what can i do prevent the Asthma from ever coming up?

I assume that your son does not have any asthma symptoms such as a regular cough at night and episodes of tight wheezing chests. If he is well do not worry at all. The rash you describe does not sound like eczema so it is unlikely that your son will ever develop asthma.
