sleeping

hi doc. i posted about the vallergan before. thankyou for your response. can you advise how i can get my little boy to sleep better? he is in the habit of waking 4-5 times a a night. he is not hungry and eats well during the day. he has been checked out and doesnt appear to have any worries such as ear problems etc. i give him a vidaylin daily with iron in it for exra vitamins. we are all exhausted. i tried a bit of sleep training before and he was very traumatised by it so want to avoid it. any advise pleaSE????

Your son will do well if you give him Mellatonin which is a natural hormone. Speak to your pharmacist.
