Childhood Diseases

I am writing as an exhausted mother. My son will be 15 months on the 18 April. He is in creche and is sick nearly all the time. He has asthma, so he is on Seretide and Singulair Sprinkles.
My son does not sleep well at all. He will take a nap at school which is a maximum hour long. He goes to bed at 7pm every night, but then moans nearly all night long. We give him water, which settles him for a while, but then he moans again. He is up and about at about 5 am every morning. He will sleep through maybe twice a month, but after that, he doesnt. Could he be teething, as his stools are very loose and the teacher at creche said that he went through 7 nappies yesterday. He now has a rash on his bum, which we are treating and has cleared nicely. What could be my son' s problem? He also had grommets put in in January.

Your son's main problem is attending this creche where he is ill all the time. You need to make alternative arrangements for his care during the day otherwise this winter is going to be a nightmare. In the meantime keep his nose clear by using Salex nose drops twice day and giving him a probiotic to boost his immunity. It will also help to give him Viral Chice junior to boost his immunity.
