Q.

Sleep

I have a 13 months old baby girl and I am having sleep problems with her.
She wakes up at night and sometimes more that 5 times.
She also does not sleep well during the day. She does not seem to be hungry or wanting the bottle. What can I do to get her to sleep ?

You cannot use any sedatives to help her to sleep. The question is why she is suddenly waking up like this now.A blocked nose is one of the most common causes for this. Another one is if she is getting her molar teeth. Another less likely possibility is that she may have acid reflux which is causing discomfort.
