Q.

SLE (Painful Cuticles)

Good Day!

I have Lupus (SLE) and my cuticles are very dry and painful to an extent that I can''''t even have a manicure sometimes the area around the cuticle on the finger becomes red and swolen(very painful to the touch).

I have realised thai it becomes worse if I have been in contact with water like taking a shower or washing dishes. I have been to a dermatologist who prescribed some form of cream that I had to put on 3 times a day but this has not worked.

Your help will be greatly appreciated
