Skin rash on baby

Good day dr. My little girl is almost 4 months old. She have a skin rash on her whole body. It feels like pimples, its red and a little raised. It doesn''t seem to bother her. She seems to have a sensitive skin. She have this rash on the side of her jaw, this semms to be worsened by the belts of her snug and safe. Any suggestions. What can I use? Dilu cort? Antisan?

What you need to do is to get a diagnosis of your baby's skin rash. She should either be seen by a paediatrician or by a clinic nurse.Please do not put Anthisian on your baby's rash as this is an antihistamine cream that may cause sensitivity and aggravate her rash.
