Skin rash

Hi doc, my 13 months old daughter has a rash on her vigina, it not a nappy rash. its comes when she is teething. now i don''t see anything coming but the rash is back on her vigina and around the neck. what can i do to make it better for.

This is definitely a candida rash. Apply Nystatin cream to her vagina and neck twice daily until the rash clears up. Give her Nystatin Oral Solution 1ml in her mouth 4 times a day for 5 days. Also give her a probiotic such as Reuteri infant drops 5 drops daily for 10 days.
