This sounds like a rash with a long name called seborrhoea. It is not caused by an allergy.Rub a little olive oil into her scalp once day and gently comb off the scales which loosen on her scalp. If her rash is bad behind her ears and neck apply a liitle Mylocort ointment once a day to the rash and stop once it clears.
