SKIN PROBLEM

MY BABY BOY IS 2YEARS OLD HIS SKIN IS DRY(FACE).I HAVE TRIED TO WASH HIM WITH WATER AND APPLY EPIMEX CREAM FOR BABIES BUT STILL DRY AND SOMETIMES HE SCRATCHES AND IT BECAME LIKE RASH.YOU CAN SEE THAT HE FEELS PAIN.WHAT CAN I USE BECAUSE ITS BEING A LONG TIME I TAKE HIM TO DOCTORS AND CHEMIST NOTHING HELPS.I M USING A PLAIN VASELING NOW BECAUSE ITS WINTER AND HIS DRY.

It sounds as if your little boy has eczema. Apply Mylocort ointment twice daily to the rash on his face until it clears then only use the Epimax cream once the rash has gone.Do not apply vaseline to the rash on his face. Do not use any soaps on his face or body.Use Epizone E instead of soap when he is in the bath. Just wipe his face gently with a soft wet facecloth and then apply the ointments.
