There are several possible causes for this. Sometimes this problem occurs in families. It may be part of a sweating problem. Make sure that she does not wear canvas shoes such as takkies and no plastic shoes such as Crocks. She should wear leather sandals.Only cotton socks if she needs to wear socks. Use a baby powder on her feet before she puts on socks or even her sandals.Sometimes the peeling is due to a fungal infection or eczema but this is not very likely with your daughter. If the problem persists it would be best to take her to a dermatologist.
