It is always difficult to be able to diagnose a skin rash without being able to see your son. It is most likely that he has an allergy to sand fleas bites which cause a condition called 'papular urticcaria'. You can look up this skin condition on Google.Give your son an antihistamine such as Allecet syrup 5ml at night and apply Calamine lotion to the rash at least once a day. Also give him a multivitamin syrup which contains Vitamin B1. Ask the pharmacist to recommend a good multivitamin. He must take this for at least 3 months. This rash will gradully clear up but can take a long time to do so. Make sure that any animals you have at home are free of fleas.
