Q.

should i worry?

Dear Dr, I took my 6 month old son this morning to a clinic for immunisation. he was not injected, the nurse just gave him some drops in the mouth, my worry is most of the substance went on the mouth and out, since he was fighting the nurse, refusing to open his mouth. would the little that went in to the mouth be sufficient or should i take hjim back? the nurse did not seem worried. should i worry?

A good question about a common problem that often worries mothers. Your baby son probably had anough of the vaccine for it to be effective. So you do not need to repeat the dose.
