Q.

salty food and sitting

Hi doctor,

My sister in law feeds my baby salty soups with pap or very thich parridge with peanut butter.I have bought a variety of purity cereals for her to feed the baby,and often make her sits straight up.Will it not cause her back or spinal problems later,pls help.
