runny tummy

Morning Doc

Is it possible for a disposable nappies too cause a runny tummy.
My little one is a year &  two months old, during the day he wears towelling nappies but at night he wears disposable nappies and as soon as he haas the disposable on his tummy will go out 2-4 times before bedtime.

It is possible that your baby has developed a sensitivity to some substance in the disposable nappy. It would be worthwhile trying him with toweling nappies at night to seee if this runny tummy problem stops. It would also be a good idea to avoid all fruit juices in his diet.
