Pls help urgenly! My baby 18months old has a runny tummy since Sunday it also seem like her tummy is cramping. Last night she was throwing up but this morning she seem ok again. Her tummy is still runny and she refuses food but does drink her milk (NAN). What can I give her to make her tummy stop? Should I take her to the Dr?

Your little girl has a gastro infection possibly due to a virus infection such as the Rotavirus. She is vomiting as well as having diarrhoea and there is the risk that she will become dehydrated. I could advise you to give her frequent sips of an electrolyte solution such as Rehidrat, but I am concerned that she may be dehydrated. She should be seen at an after hours paediatric clinic.
