Your baby has a gastro infection probably caused by a virus. Worm syrup will only aggravate the problem and should not be given now.Keep him on his normal feeds and offer him frequent sips of a Rehidrat solution. You will find the instructions on the packet. It is important to replace fluid and electrolytes that is being lost due to your baby's diarrhoea, so be sure that he drinks the Rehidrat.
