Q.

Runny Nose and cough

Good Day doctor, my son is months old. He is on Flixotide, Asthavent, Singulair and Allecet. He was sick last week with a chest infection and was hospitalised for a two days. When he came out, he had a green runny nose. His nose is now running alot but is clear and hes has developed a cough. He coughs non stop. It does not sound chesty and I think it is more due to post nasal drip. Is there anything I can give him for this? he has no fever.

It sounds as if your son is struggling with the effects of a persistent post-nasal drip. This post-nasal drip also sounds as if it is due to him having enlarged adenoids. It would be a good idea to take your son to see an ENT specialist.
