Runny Nose

My son has an almost constant runny nose and this invariably leads to him coughing quite a bit. This obviously irritates him because his throat and stomach is contantly sore because of the coughing. (please note that his throat is not red/inflamed at all and his tonsils and adenednoids have removed) )
Now I''ve tried DriNasal, Salex,Flusin, Allergex etc and I feel that I''m running out of options.
He is not sick (feverish) yet but the mucous is now starting to change color slightly (darker yellow)

What can I try to give him to clear up this runny nose? Surely he can''t use a antihistamine every day?
He does go to nursery school and removing him from there is not an option. He does take a vit suppliment daily (Viral Guard)

You have not mentioned your son's age.Try using a sea water spray such as Sterimar for Children at least twice a day to clear his nose.He obviously has a post nasal drip problem and it is disappointing that he still has so many symptoms after having his adenoids removed. Also give him a probiotic for 10 days per month and Creche Guard daily through winter.

Try giving acc200 in the mornings and demazin at night - cleared up both my kids runny noses and coughs. I also use the babyvac- it is STUNNING!!!

Good luck :-)

Hi, my son used to have the same problem, try Zyrtec drops, they can use this type of antihistamine every day, 5 drops in the morning and 5 drops in the evening. He still gets sick now and then, but it is well worth trying.
