Q.

Rubbing fesus with hands on carpet

I am very concerned about my 9 year old son. He is using his fingers to take fusus from his rectum and then rubs it onto the carpet. He did this a year ago and then stopped. He started doing agian over the weekend. He also do not wipe his bum good enough or at all when he was in the bathroom, then his underpants are smeared with fesus. This happens every day. Disciplinary methods tried includes taking away TV, playstation, lunch money, giving him a hiding etc. nothing seems to work.
