Q.

RingWorms

Our Son is 4 years old,He developed ring worms on the head 3 months ago, now its getting worse.When I wash his head he says its sore.We' ve tried Prep cream,it didn' t work,now we are busy using Tetmosol soap and Tinaderm cream and still there is no improvement.Is there any other treatment that you can recommend?

Your son must be treated with tablets which he takes by mouth. The tablets are called GRISEOFULVIN and the dose is 250mg once a day for 6 WEEKS.You can get this treatment at your nearest clinic.
