Q.

Ringworm

my 6 year old has developed a ringworm on his head 2 months ago, we''ve been treating it with an anti-fungal cream we got from the chemist and I do not see any difference. instead there seems to be a second spot on his head where another one is starting. what can I use for this. hair does not grow on the place it is

There is only one way to treat this condition which is called tinea capitis. Your son will need to go onto a course of Griseofulvin syrup or tablets 250mg once daily for 6 weeks.You will need a doctors prescription for the Griseofulvin.
