Q.

Ringworm?

My nanny''s four year old daughter has a black ring like mark on her arm. It keeps coming back and has now started having fever as well. Could this be ringworms.

This may well be a ringworm but a ringworm will not cause a fever.Apply Canesten cream twice daily to the mark on the little girl's arm. It should get better after about 10 days. If it does not improve she must be seen by a doctor.
