Q.

Ring worms

Hi Doc, what causes right worms. My 6 year old has two ring worms on his chin. I don''t know what to put on there ring worms. please recommend a cream or something and tell me what causes these.

A ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin. Children usually get a ringworm from another child who has ringworms or from an animal.Ask your pharmacist for Canesten cream and apply it twice daily to the ringworm. Wash your hands well after applying the ointment.
