Morning Prof.

My 9 &  1/2 month old boy sometimes not everyday become restless at night time &  he takes long to fall asleep. He doesn''t seem to be sick as he''s active, he eats well, his stools are regular &  he doesn''t have any fever. I wanted to check if there''s anything that i can use &  also what can be the cause of this.

It is difficult to be sure about the exact reason for your baby to sometimes be restless at night. He appears to be well and is eating well so the most likely cause is that he may be teething and this disturbs and causes him to be restless.

My baby is restless at night when she is over tired  had been exposed to more new things than usual (over stimulated)  when it is extra hot or when teething or a cold is underlaying.

Some of these you can do something about and some you can''t.
