restless sleeper

my daughter is one year old. she is the most restless sleeper that i have seen. she does not lie still when she sleeps but keeps on changing position. she wakes herself up by doing this. is this something i should be concerned about.

Your baby may be having a problem with acid reflux.Babies with this problem tend to try to change their position when they sleep much in the way that you describe here.It would be a good idea to give her an antacid such as Gaviscon at least twice daily and see if she improves. Speak to your pharmacist about the Gaviscon.
