restless sleeper

My 12 month old son is a verry restless sleeper and easily disturbed. He had grommets put in and his adenoids was removed at 8 months. He wakes up 3-4 times a night and always scratching his ears an neck moving around countlessly.

what could be wrong with him? what will make him sleep little longer without being soo restles becuase i ruled out hunger as he drinks about 200ml of milk during the night.

It is possible that your baby has a very blocked nose as his sleep problem suggests this may be the cause. Try using Salex nose drops twice a day every day to clear his nose and see if he improves. If he does not it would be best to see the ENT specialist again.

What about teething? Put some Vidol on before he goes to sleep. Just maybe it will help.
