Q.

restless sleep

my 28month old son has periods where he is very restless in his sleep, he is like that at the moment, I watched him last night, tossing and turning, snuffling and rubbing his nose a lot. Would something like Nasonex help, or maybe allecet? His older sister takes these due to allergies. ANd if so, how long would I give it for?

Your son does seem to have a blocked nose which could well be the cause of his restlessness while sleeping. It also seems as if nasal allergy is the cause. Your son would benefit from using Allecet syrup 5ml at night as well as 1 puff of Nasonex in each nostril once daily [best given at bedtime]
