red teary eyes at bedtime

Dear Doc, please could you give me some advice:

My 4.5 month old little boy was diagnosed with milk protein allergy at 2.5 months but is now doing very well on Nan Ha. I have very bad pollen allergies and allergies to household cleaning products, strong soap etc. it presents as asthma or contact dermatitis.

I have noticed that after his bath when I give him his last bottle his eyes are red a teary. Do you think it is an allergy to something in the bath (we only use Johnson and Johnsons hair and body shampoo) or do you think it is just because he is tired? Or anything else?

Thank you

Your baby is allergic so it is possible that he is reacting to the shampoo which you are using. Try another shampoo such as Elizabeth Anne and see if he is better with this brand. It is highly unlikely that your baby is allergic to any pollen as he has not had time to become allergic to this kind of allergen.
