Q.

Red skin around the folds

My 4 months son has got some red skin around the folds, neck,btween the legs. He also has something which looks like ringworm on the head above the right ear, which dries pills off like some dry skin.

This is rash called seborrhoea. Apply a very mild cortisone cream such as Mylocort once daily to the rash until it clears.
