Please don't do anything about your baby's red matrk on his forehead now. This is very common in babies and is known as a birthmark or haemangioma. These marks usually disappear by themselves by the age of 3 years. No treatment is usually needed. If your baby still has the mark when he is 3 years old it would be a good idea to take him to be seen by a paediatrician then.
