Q.

Red foreskin

Hi Dr, my baby boy is 7 months old. I have noticed the last 2 days his foreskin is a little bit red, is there something OTC i can apply to it? I have been using a bit of vaseline but it doesnt seem to be doing the trick. Im not sure how he hurt it but i think he scratched it by accident in the bath.
thanks!

You should only use a very mild cream such as Bepanthen Cream to heal your son's rash.

When washing your son, avoid retracting the foreskin or using soap as this can cause irritation which can lead to infections.
