thank you so much for you reply,

You suggested i dont use the Ashtavent in addition to the Serretide - would it be ok to then use some Mucospect in order to try and get rid of the phlegm?
Also her very back teeth - molars i think (the last teeth that emerge) i suspect are starting to move into the case as the gum seems a little more red than the rest and she wont leave her dummy for a second. Could this assist in the problem of extra saliva and therefore more " rattling"  in the throat?

Yes you can use Mucospect.Her teething will not affect her breathing in any way nor cause the rattling sound in her throat. This is due to a post nasal drip.
